Meet Genevieve Itta. She is one of two women working for Bougainville Copper in Arawa. Genevieve grew up with the Panguna mine, as her father used to work for BCL in the Mine Training Department. She, like her father, worked in the mining industry after she graduated from university.
She started working with BCL to help the company the region address issues that have had a significant impact on her people.
